"Jennifer was rude and unprofessional. When we asked questions, her answers were short and uncooperative to the point of being rude. It's almost as if she didn't even care that we are giving her our business and instead acted like she's doing us a big favor by even responding to us. She used to answer tersely with one sentence or say a few words and then blank silence. There was never any initiative from her end to proactively provide any information whatsoever, and you can forget about her going above and beyond for you. Needless to say, she is no longer our agent and has lost our business through her rudeness and arrogance."
